Spark Erosion

The Spark Erosion Centre has machines for both Wire Erosion and Spark Erosion. The CNC controlled Wire Erosion machines are capable of cutting materials up to 410mm thick to a very fine tolerance. Our range of Spark Erosion machines are made up of both conventional sinking machines and state of the art 4 axis auto tool changing CNC controlled machines. Both types of machining are used in sub-contract work as well as being extremely valuable in the manufacture and repair of tooling.
