About us
Since 1982 The Spark Erosion Centre has been at the leading edge of EDM machining. We have fleets of Japanese and Swiss machines servicing the following markets :- Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Automotive and Electronics customers, Pump manufacturers, Laboratories and Universities.
Product range and services
Our fleet of 10 Electro Discharge machines vary in capacity and ability. Yes we do have die sinkers. We also have Swiss made multi-axis, CNC controlled machines which can cut splines, tapers, undercuts and even helical shapes.
Partnered with the wire erosion machines which can produce intricate electrodes the EDM machines become even more capable.
Supported by a modern CAD-CAM system means that there is little we cannot do in house.
We also have CNC milling and turning capabilities along side manual mills and surface grinding machines.
